Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop optimal natural color solutions across food, beverage, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications.
  • •Recommend natural color ingredients and translate them into commercially successful, stable color systems.
  • •Formulate and optimize liquid colors, powders, emulsions, suspensions, and dry-blend systems for color performance and uniform delivery.
  • •Design, execute, and assess stability studies using thermal processing, pH variation, light exposure, oxidation, and shelf-life aging.
  • •Analyze results and serve as the technical expert for color application challenges, including color fading, migration, precipitation, oxidation, and ingredient interactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related scientific discipline.
