•Collaborate with CEL-ETS to ensure alignment on technical contents and training plans.
•Implement, monitor, and document changes to the PDI process and related technical content across Europe.
•Develop and support training concepts and audits to improve PDI quality and compliance.
•Program software applications or automation within the PDI process to streamline workflows.
•Assist with technical workflows at PDI facilities and provide guidance on efficiency and quality assurance.
