Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the fulfillment and trafficking of media assets (e.g., artwork images, promotional AV) from intake through final, launch-ready delivery.
  • •Develop milestone and timeline plans for asset workflows and align cross-functional partners to shared schedules.
  • •Serve as the primary operational point of contact for agencies and vendors, including access provisioning, tooling setup, and workflow guidance.
  • •Maintain and update trackers, dashboards, and task queues; track versions, specifications, dependencies, and approvals across the asset lifecycle.
  • •Surface risks early and support resolution of escalated issues; support post-launch and live servicing asset needs and workflow documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •4 - 6+ years of experience in media asset operations, production coordination, or project coordination.
  • •Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows across multiple timelines and stakeholders.
  • •Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and operational rigor in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Hands-on experience using workflow and tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
  • •Professional-level English proficiency used daily with global partners, with strong organizational and task-management skills.
