•Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and provide a positive customer experience.
•Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler and regularly inspect the car-hauler to ensure it maintains safe-to-drive conditions.
•Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
•Consistently drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.

Key Requirements

•At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
•Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers in indoor and outdoor conditions.
•Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
•Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/carry/push/pull items of 50lbs.
•Must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary within the first 90 days of employment and meet state-specific licensing requirements (including DMV/title access).
