General Counsel, Sanctions/AML

Serve as a trusted advisor and key compliance leader for the company’s U.S. sanctions and AML program. Reporting to the VP and General Counsel, Regulatory, you will manage sanctions/AML risks, advise on higher-risk transactions and licensing, enhance trade controls and screening protocols, and oversee testing, audits, training, and investigations. You will collaborate with export, AML, and CFIUS teams and help calibrate compliance systems and digital tools to support international growth.
