Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements for electrical infrastructure products in key mining markets.
  • •Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure products adhere to applicable standards and regulations for successful release.
  • •Interpret complex regulatory documents and standards (e.g., ISO, IEEE, UL, CSA, CE, AS/NZS) and communicate requirements to cross-functional teams.
  • •Lead compliance risk assessments and gap analyses to identify and resolve compliance challenges early in the product lifecycle.
  • •Support market entry by performing compliance checks and coordinate with suppliers to verify component compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years, preferably 5+ years, of regulatory and compliance experience within product development cycles.
  • •Educational background in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • •Experience with electrical low voltage (LV) and medium voltage (MV) systems, electric vehicle (EV) chargers, and energy storage solutions (advantageous).
  • •Proficiency with compliance management tools such as Polarion, Doors, Jama, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Excellent communication in English and Chinese; strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
