Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight and direct supervision of rotating equipment mechanics, roustabouts, and various contractors.
  • •Drive improvements in Process Safety Management and the Preventative Maintenance program, supporting employee development and equipment reliability.
  • •Provide technical leadership to the rotating equipment group and prepare reliability plans for critical rotating equipment systems.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance, including critical repair activities, to support efficient, safe operations.
  • •Support operations and collaborate with engineering teams on safety, optimization, and expansion initiatives, including preparing and monitoring annual operating budgets and reporting performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the company’s insurer.
  • •Supervisory leadership and strong communication skills to lead the Rotating Equipment group.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience with reciprocating compressor systems.
  • •Knowledge of equipment monitoring systems such as SCADA and iFix.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in applicable Engineering or Technology discipline preferred).
