Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated modular portfolio schedule across Spark MDC and PDC programs, including capacity planning with production planning and plant operations.
  • •Lead and mentor a team of project managers; set standards for schedule quality, change discipline, cost accuracy, and customer communication.
  • •Serve as senior escalation point for modular customers, including executive-level schedule impact and change negotiation discussions.
  • •Partner with manufacturing operations/production planning on line loading, takt-time alignment, labor forecasting, and bottleneck resolution.
  • •Govern engineering changes, enforce impact analysis and pricing discipline, maintain the portfolio risk register, and drive mitigation across engineering, supply chain, and production.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years managing projects in electrical equipment, construction, engineering, and/or manufacturing, including ETO or highly engineered production.
  • •3+ years of direct leadership of project managers (or equivalent technical staff), with a track record of developing others.
  • •Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering design drawings and provide risk-based feedback before release.
  • •BS in Business, Engineering, Construction Management (or closely related field).
  • •Proficient with waterfall scheduling and tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, or Primavera P6; strong cost budgeting through completion.
