Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle accounts payable functions, including posting supplier invoices, reconciling statements of account, and recording payments to maintain accurate ledger entries.
  • •Conduct monthly reconciliations (including monthly bank reconciliation) and perform intercompany reconciliations.
  • •Lead job review processing by preparing/analyzing job-related reports and liaising with researchers to clarify and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Process and audit staff expense claims, ensuring approvals and supporting receipts, and facilitate timely staff payments.
  • •Prepare quarterly GST and assist with general ledger audit schedules, month-end journals, and general expense allocation across business units.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Strong integrity and interpersonal skills.
  • •Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • •Prior experience in a multinational company.
  • •Familiarity with Oracle systems is an advantage.
