Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the recognised privacy lead for Corporate Functions, ensuring privacy receives appropriate management attention.
  • •Coordinate business engagement across RoPA, Data Subject Rights, breaches, DPIAs, information governance, and data sharing.
  • •Provide direction and support to Data Protection Champions across Corporate Functions.
  • •Track privacy actions, identify blockers, escalate issues through governance routes, and support adoption of privacy standards and controls.
  • •Conduct privacy health checks and quality assurance reviews, develop improvement plans, and produce reporting for executive leadership and the Privacy Steering Committee.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 55,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong operational understanding of a business area, function, contract environment, or service model.
  • •Experience coordinating activity across multiple stakeholders, including without direct authority.
  • •Experience working within governance, risk, compliance, audit, assurance, or other regulated environments.
  • •Working understanding of data protection principles, or the ability to develop quickly through training.
  • •Ability to manage actions, resolve blockers, and escalate issues appropriately.
