Job Summary

Lead a senior engineering team driving the evolution of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products. Own delivery of a new platform-native module and build secure, scalable, extensible services powering BeyondTrust’s SaaS offerings across cloud and on-prem environments. Set execution and quality bar, partner with product, design, and platform teams, and apply technical judgment to resolve complex identity and security challenges at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and grow an engineering team responsible for delivering a new platform-native module and the services powering SaaS offerings.
•Set the bar for execution and quality while applying technical judgment across architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
•Drive delivery of scalable, secure, and extensible services across cloud and on-premise environments for non-human identity governance.
•Partner with product, design, and platform teams in an agile development environment to solve complex identity and security challenges.
•Coach and mentor engineers and foster responsible adoption of AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading and managing software engineering teams building cloud-based or SaaS products.
•Strong technical foundation to engage in architecture, design, and code-level trade-offs.
•Experience leading teams using AI-assisted, agentic development tools such as Claude Code with effective and responsible adoption.
•Proven track record delivering complex projects on schedule with a high-quality bar.
•Experience partnering with product and design in an agile delivery environment.
