Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect and build the WWM AI orchestration layer to orchestrate AI agents, models, knowledge, and workflows across marketing.
  • •Define the capability roadmap and build/buy/partner strategy; own the budget based on impact to marketing effectiveness.
  • •Embed the layer into workflows across WWM functions and engineer adoption as part of the build.
  • •Define and report metrics to prove the layer improves marketing effectiveness and make the case for continued investment.
  • •Build governance and trust guardrails for brand safety, data privacy, IP, and responsible AI as enforced platform behaviors.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years across platform engineering, AI/data product, or marketing technology, including shipping a platform that other teams depend on day to day.
  • •Deep hands-on fluency with modern AI including agents, RAG, evals, orchestration frameworks, model selection, and MLOps.
  • •Proven track record landing technical capability inside a non-technical organization, engineering adoption rather than hoping for it.
  • •Strong product sense and architectural judgment with a bias toward shipping.
  • •Experience building agentic systems or AI-native platforms in marketing, sales, or customer-facing contexts.
