Interpret TK prints for the assigned department, complete welding demonstrations, and meet Mig Welder criteria. Ensure internal and external certification requirements are completed on schedule, including Thermo King certification for external hires. Maintain quality by reducing scrap and minimizing rejected or missing welds while working onsite (5 days).
