Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead automation processes including coverage, debuggability, automation value, KPIs, and methodology across the OPWI organization.
  • •Develop automation strategy and scripts to support progression and regression testing.
  • •Design, implement, and improve automation and product quality standards and KPIs.
  • •Identify and promote long-term automation improvement opportunities for future roadmap.
  • •Co-work with QA, other SW scrum teams, automation infrastructure, and delivery pipeline teams; conduct AT coverage milestones and present quality/automation status in QBR.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience; at least 5 years hands-on as an automation engineer.
  • •2-3 years of end-to-end automation ownership.
  • •Strong leadership skills with coaching and mentoring; team player.
  • •Strong testing knowledge (concepts, methodologies, processes) and OOPS fundamentals.
  • •Experience with Java/Python/C#, Agile and DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and UI/API level test automation.
