Key Responsibilities

  • •Review vulnerability reports, investigate findings, recommend remediation, and track completion progress.
  • •Coordinate with Support, NOC, Engineering, and other technical teams to implement security remediations while minimizing client impact.
  • •Develop or support scripts, automation, and repeatable processes to improve vulnerability remediation across client environments.
  • •Complete due diligence questionnaires and respond to security and risk information requests.
  • •Support SOC 2 security operations and incident response, including SIEM log review, phishing/training reviews, investigation, remediation, and follow-up.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security controls, and risk management.
  • •Experience with vulnerability management, vulnerability analysis, remediation, and tracking.
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft security benchmarks, and endpoint or cloud security configuration.
  • •Experience with security technologies such as SIEM platforms, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability scanners.
  • •Scripting/automation experience and the ability to create and maintain technical documentation and security runbooks.
