Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customers’ homes and recommend/sell equipment upgrades and service enhancements on-site.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system to protect their families.
  • •Conduct a safety analysis of each home to ensure a safe workplace for both technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  • •Ability to pass post-offer background investigation and meet licensing requirements per applicable law.

  • •Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (helpful).
  • •Ability to lift/carry up to 45 lbs and climb ladders (up to 14 feet), including working in confined spaces like attics.
