Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing plans for our different services (financial services, food, ridehailing, groceries, …) .
  • •Set up trade marketing processes, tracking mechanisms, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • •Plan, budget, and manage trade marketing initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • •Lead, train and supervise trade marketing animators and on-ground teams.
  • •Test commercial messaging, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize campaigns based on insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • •5+ years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or brand activation, preferably in digital, app-driven businesses or FMCG.
  • •Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, both online and offline.
  • •Proven track record in driving awareness, app adoption, and engagement campaigns.
  • •Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
