Key Responsibilities

  • •Work independently on defined sections or entire highway and linear infrastructure projects.
  • •Prepare and review detailed geometric design calculations, technical reports, and highway design documentation.
  • •Apply relevant standards/guidelines and deliver engineering work to scope, budget, and schedule.
  • •Lead, coordinate, and prioritize assigned design tasks and activities, including independent self-checks and internal QA/QC reviews.
  • •Coordinate with other disciplines (drainage, structures, utilities, traffic engineering) and provide technical guidance/mentoring to junior engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of working on highway designs (+10 years).
  • •Experience with international regulations and standards (e.g., AASHTO, Australian Codes, British Standards).
  • •Experience with geometrical design using at least one package: InRoads, OpenRoads/OpenRail, Rail Track, Civil 3D, Geopak, or 12d Model.
  • •Advanced level CAD software experience (MicroStation and/or AutoCAD).
  • •Advanced level of English (oral and written) and CV in English; Bachelor or Master degree in Civil Engineering (US/Australia PE license is favorable).
