Job Summary

Serve as the clinical expert for Philips Sleep & Respiratory Care solutions, supporting healthcare professionals across Colombia and the North Latam & Mexico region. Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training, support customer implementations, and provide clinical insights throughout the sales process. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders to promote best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, and improve patient care using innovative respiratory technologies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide clinical expertise for the Sleep & Respiratory Care portfolio and ensure healthcare professionals are confident in using the solutions.
•Deliver product demonstrations and clinical training to customers and healthcare professionals.
•Support customer implementations and contribute clinical insights throughout the sales process.
•Collaborate with Sales, District Managers, Account Managers, Marketing, and Clinical teams to drive business growth.
•Build relationships with key opinion leaders, physicians, respiratory therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote best clinical practices and maximize customer satisfaction.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years of experience in Sleep Lab, Respiratory Care, or a clinical environment supporting respiratory therapies.
•Experience with mechanical ventilation and oxygen therapy, plus customer-facing clinical support.
•Strong presentation, clinical training, relationship management, and communication skills.
•Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related healthcare field.
•Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time; intermediate English is desirable.
