Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, monitor, and challenge risk registers and Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to ensure accurate risk identification and assessment.
  • •Facilitate monitoring and reporting of key risk exposures and emerging risks using risk indicators and control assessments.
  • •Assist and monitor Risk Acceptance Requests (RARs), including assessments, approvals, action plans, and timely closure.
  • •Review and monitor operational risk events and ensure accurate classification, loss reporting, root cause analysis, and action plan management.
  • •Prepare and present operational risk reporting, dashboards, and committee reports; provide independent risk insights and advisory support.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field.
  • •Strong knowledge of operational risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with risk assessment tools and techniques, including risk registers and control frameworks.
  • •Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to identify and assess risks, with strong attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication skills to present complex risk information to senior management and governance forums.
