Kipling: Assistant Manager - San Marcos

Lead and support the store team as an Assistant Store Manager, motivating Brand Advocates to deliver exceptional customer experiences aligned with brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, operations, and community connection, and step in with full store responsibility when needed. Oversee daily store operations, coaching, recruiting support, training, compliance, inventory/shipping-receiving processes, and visual merchandising standards.
