Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead an internal team of 5 and manage the performance of 5 external partner companies through PRM/TRM, KPIs, action plans, and deliverables.
  • •Ensure documentary compliance and contractual quality assurance (QAP, FDA, MyCSL, PDP), including cost estimating for new site projects.
  • •Manage industrial budgeting for the metrology scope and deploy EN.OS.02 process requirements to directly support production lines.
  • •Support FU.IN.03.05 standard implementation for Ground Test Instructions (GTI) and lead continuous improvement plans for the test flow.
  • •Supervise the tooling life-cycle (Jigs & Tools), secure periodic controls, and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in industrial quality within an aeronautical or demanding production environment.
  • •Strong ability to manage subcontracted service providers (PRM/TRM governance) and oversee QAP/FDA documentation.
  • •Proficiency in industrial budget management and follow-up.
  • •Knowledge of industrial quality norms and standards, including process EN.OS.02 and FU.IN.03.05 and tooling quality management.
  • •French (negotiation level) and advanced English.
