Aseptic Processor Overnight 12hr shift

Operate and monitor the aseptic processing line during an overnight 12-hour shift, using the HMI to verify correct products and respond to alarms, temperature/pressure changes, fault codes, and line jams. Follow safety procedures and read required safety documents while completing controlled forms to meet USDA and OSHA rules. Train new technicians, support changeovers, troubleshoot process issues, and suggest improvements through observations and 5S meetings.
