Lead technology integration for newly acquired entities by performing technical due diligence, scoping and dependency analysis, and helping architect a robust integration roadmap. •Conduct technical due diligence for targets’ technology stacks, including infrastructure, networks, applications, and data platforms, and document integration dependencies, risks, and opportunities.
•Help architect and govern integration plans covering identity management, network connectivity, cloud/on-prem environments, data migration, and security compliance.
•Oversee architecture documentation and operational runbooks, and help formulate cutover and rollback strategies to ensure business resilience.
•Lead cross-functional delivery with operations, cybersecurity, and external partners, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Act as a liaison between acquired entities and internal stakeholders, communicating integration strategies clearly in both Spanish and English while monitoring progress and addressing challenges.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree, or at least 2 years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
•6+ years (preferred) leading technology integration for mergers & acquisitions or large-scale technology transformation programs.
•Expertise in infrastructure and hybrid cloud architectures, including enterprise platforms and DevOps practices.
•Experience presenting future-state architectures and integration strategies to senior leadership.
•Full professional fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
