Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of claims handling experience, with a track record managing liability claims with increasing complexity.
  • •Deep understanding of liability insurance products, policy coverage, and claim adjustment practices.
  • •Strong knowledge of Public D&O and Private D&O products, policy wordings, terms and conditions, and coverage applications.
  • •Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in writing and verbally, including preparing correspondence and coverage analyses.
  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree preferred.
