Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales & GTM to win and expand cross-border hiring deals, enabling sales on a global mobility business line.
  • •Own visa, work permit, and relocation workflows, ensuring 100% compliance and managing risks like right-to-work and permanent establishment exposure.
  • •Build and manage a global network of immigration partners, driving performance, SLAs, and cost optimization and deciding build vs partner vs in-house.
  • •Translate mobility trends into product and pricing inputs; standardize mobility SKUs and improve customer experience and turnaround times.
  • •Create repeatable workflows and dashboards to improve operational excellence, including visa success rates, processing timelines, and revenue contribution.

Key Requirements
