Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales & GTM to win and expand cross-border hiring deals, enabling sales on a global mobility business line.
•Own visa, work permit, and relocation workflows, ensuring 100% compliance and managing risks like right-to-work and permanent establishment exposure.
•Build and manage a global network of immigration partners, driving performance, SLAs, and cost optimization and deciding build vs partner vs in-house.
•Translate mobility trends into product and pricing inputs; standardize mobility SKUs and improve customer experience and turnaround times.
•Create repeatable workflows and dashboards to improve operational excellence, including visa success rates, processing timelines, and revenue contribution.

Key Requirements

•Own end-to-end global mobility/immigration execution across jurisdictions, including visa/work permit/relocation workflows and compliance with local labor laws and right-to-work risk management.
•5–10 years of experience in global mobility/immigration and EOR/HR tech/mobility firms.
•Drive mobility-led revenue growth by partnering with Sales and GTM to win deals involving cross-border hiring and expand within existing accounts.
•Build commercial constructs such as pricing, bundling with EOR, and margin optimization; support enterprise feasibility, timelines, and cost modeling.
•Translate mobility trends into product and pricing inputs, standardize mobility SKUs, and establish country-level playbooks/SLAs with repeatable workflows.
