•Lead projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and own key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
•Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to support rapid growth across diverse markets.
•Collaborate with regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Key Requirements

•4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking, leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth.

•Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data and craft narratives for senior stakeholders.
•Fluency in English and Spanish.
•Willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.
