Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in a friendly manner and build regular guest repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while accurately preparing drinks to standard recipes and venue specifications.
  • •Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, prioritize and organize drink orders, and record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log.
  • •Refuse service to guests who are becoming too intoxicated and ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and company policies.
  • •Complete opening/running/closing duties, prepare guest checks on the POS terminal, process payments, and perform cash pull/check out procedures.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.5 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •State or County Licensee or Certification Requirement/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent, including alcohol awareness requirements.
  • •Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
  • •Cash handling experience.
  • •Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs and pass a pour test and mixology drill (timed).
  • •Experience in a high-volume environment and recognizing valid IDs (preferred).
