Bid Manager / Responsable Offre (H/F)

Lead bid offers for studies, development, and production programs, covering customers in France and for export across government and industrial accounts. Coordinate bid strategy with commercial and product-line leaders, organize and drive the offer team in a functional way with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure compliant submissions before contract finalization. Own bid-to-project transition, communicate to leadership on complex situations, and improve internal processes through Retex.
