Senior Production Engineer

Improve production discipline across McDermott’s projects by applying best practices and in-depth domain expertise to solve complex technical problems. Serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues, support constructability reviews, and manage fabrication planning, work packs, revisions, and change orders. Lead production engineering coordination and meetings, oversee discipline execution planning, and ensure fabrication progress, productivity, and budget targets are met.
