Key Responsibilities

  • •Design high-performance, highly scalable, highly available system architecture for the security and risk control business.
  • •Lead technology selection and promote innovation by evaluating middleware technologies (message queues, RPC frameworks, caching, databases, etc.).
  • •Establish online issue localization, monitoring/alerting, and fault review mechanisms to quickly resolve difficult production problems.
  • •Provide technical guidance and architecture review for security and risk control teams; output architecture specs and best practices.
  • •Support system architecture evolution for performance, microservice planning, disaster recovery, and high-availability design.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with 7+ years of Java or Go backend development and 3+ years of architecture design experience.
  • •Proficient in Java (e.g., Spring Boot) or Go (e.g., go-zero) microservice ecosystems; experience in both is preferred.
  • •Experience designing and tuning high-concurrency systems and architecting large-scale distributed systems.
  • •Familiar with microservice architectures, including containerization experience such as K8s and Docker, and ByteMesh.
  • •Experience in online problem identification/troubleshooting and stability assurance during extreme peak traffic scenarios.
