Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with development teams and Project Engineers to drive software defects to closure.
  • •Develop and complete automated and manual test plans and test cases using functional, negative, regression, customer/end-user, performance, reliability, and usability testing strategies.
  • •Prioritize and efficiently handle multiple concurrent projects and testing tasks.
  • •Reproduce issues, troubleshoot, triage software defects, report them, and drive them to closure.
  • •Build test cases/plans for new features and products (dGPU and APU) and for new operating systems (Linux and/or Windows).

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a US-based university in a Masters degree program majoring in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • •Ability to develop and complete both automated and manual test plans and test cases with varied testing strategies (functional, negative, regression, performance, reliability, and usability).
  • •Knowledge of PC configuration (software and hardware), troubleshooting methods, and interest in PC platform architecture.
  • •Programming/scripting skills such as Python, VBA, C++, and Selenium framework.
  • •Exposure to development, triaging, and debugging in Linux and/or Windows environments, plus exposure to databases and reporting tools.
