Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop hardware products and systems with end-to-end product development from concept to production.
  • •Design, define, and simulate analog and digital circuits; conduct FMEAs and reliability/failure analysis.
  • •Own schematic design, layout review, and change management (CDR/ECN) to ensure conformance with IPC standards and guidelines.
  • •Perform board bring-up and testing, including functional/system tests, design verification, power/timing analysis, thermal analysis, and EMI/EMC/ESD/compliance activities.
  • •Coordinate with FW/SW/testing, regulatory, and manufacturing teams for system-level issues, certification, and production/test setup; manage BOM, parts obsolescence, and supply chain issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • •5+ years of industrial product design experience.
  • •Strong digital, analogue, and mixed-signal circuit design and board bring-up/testing experience.
  • •Expert-level experience with EDA tools such as Mentor Graphics and LTspice/TINA.
  • •Working knowledge of IPC standards for PCB layout design and common buses like I2C, UART, SPI, RS485, MODBUS, and CAN.
