Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire new partner companies for construction services in the insurance and real estate sector.
  • •Train and support craft partners on-site and onboard new providers with appropriate documentation.
  • •Conduct contract negotiations and ensure procurement conditions.
  • •Ensure delivery capabilities and provider quality, including provider visits.
  • •Maintain and update provider data in Allianz’s internal IT system, support implementations/projects, and create analyses and reports.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial training with a technical background or technical training in construction (e.g., civil engineering, architecture, master craftsman), ideally with the relevant qualification proof.
  • •Experience in purchasing construction services and handling construction measures.
  • •Very strong knowledge of German real estate and construction law, especially the VOB.
  • •Good working knowledge of MS Office and IT systems, plus experience with AI-supported tools and openness to new technologies.
  • •Customer orientation, initiative, strong communication/negotiation skills, and negotiation-competent German and English.
