Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed inside a customer engineering organization for the duration of an engagement to design and build agent-driven automation across the software delivery lifecycle.
  • •Write production code connecting Harness AI Agents to customer pipelines, repositories, ITSM tooling, security systems, and infrastructure.
  • •Partner with customer stakeholders and the Harness delivery team to translate an approved plan into working software.
  • •Prototype quickly, ship incrementally, and iterate with customer engineers rather than handing off static documentation.
  • •Turn builds into reusable patterns and support transition to steady-state operation so customers can independently operate and extend the integration.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on platform or software engineering background with coding and scripting (not configuration-only), comfortable working in a customer codebase and CI/CD workflows.
  • •Experience building integrations using APIs, event-driven systems, or LLM and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • •Prior success in forward-deployed, solutions engineering, architecture, or embedded consulting where outcomes were working software.
  • •Strong grounding in CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code, plus depth in at least one adjacent domain such as security, observability, or cost management.
  • •Willingness to travel to customer sites for the duration of an active build.
