Key Responsibilities

  • •Define product vision, go-to-market strategy, and execution roadmap for the Elastic Agent framework, Fleet Server/Service, and telemetry collectors.
  • •Set and track KPIs for agent deployment success, pipeline efficiency, and adoption of OTel distributions.
  • •Oversee packaging, testing, and distribution of Elastic Agent/EDOT and related purpose-specific distributions.
  • •Lead remote management capabilities for Elastic Agent, Fleet Server, and collector infrastructure for scalable deployment and control.
  • •Drive Kubernetes release strategy using operators and Helm Charts, and advance OTel receivers/exporters across Elastic Agent (EDOT) and upstream OpenTelemetry Collector.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum five years in a Product Management role focused on enterprise infrastructure observability, telemetry collection, or agent frameworks.
  • •Deep familiarity with collectors, log shippers, and agent ecosystems including OpenTelemetry Collector, Elastic Agent, Filebeat/Beats, and Logstash.
  • •Proven experience defining requirements for remote agent management, fleet control planes, or distributed edge collection systems.
  • •Working knowledge of Kubernetes operators and Helm Charts, plus cloud-native orchestration and release management.
