Key Responsibilities

•Own a portfolio of US enterprise accounts and be accountable for customer value, renewals and expansion.
•Lead customer engagements such as QBRs, value reviews, workshops, and regular check-ins to drive adoption and outcomes.
•Monitor customer health across the portfolio, tracking adoption, risks, actions and next steps.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Delivery and Business Value Consulting to deliver a joined-up customer experience.
•Capture customer feedback and help inform product, delivery and process improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 111,150 - 135,850 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in enterprise customer success, account management, or related role with a track record of managing complex accounts and renewals
•Experience working with senior insurance stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Delivery) to drive value and commercial outcomes
•Proven ability to monitor customer health, adoption, risks, and actions across a portfolio
•Strong communication and presentation skills with experience leading engagements like QBRs, value reviews, and workshops
•Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with ownership, initiative, and clear communication
