Key Responsibilities

•Lead and mentor a data science team at the intersection of blockchain, intelligence, and machine learning.
•Drive technical innovation across a stack including Airflow, BigQuery, Kafka, and Python to scale data models and pipelines.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and intelligence teams to transform raw blockchain data into insights.
•Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to grow the team’s technical and product maturity.
•Help establish TRM as a market leader in blockchain attribution by setting new standards for accuracy, trust, and usability.

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience managing data science or ML teams.
•Proven experience with large-scale data systems, such as BigQuery and Snowflake.
•Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with production code practices (git, testing, notebooks).
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (CS, Stats, Physics, Engineering); advanced degree preferred.
•Ability to lead in complex, ambiguous environments and operate across the data science stack, from debugging DAGs to modeling strategy.
