Manager, Financial Reporting (APAC, EMEA, LATAM)

Lead Netflix’s Manila-based Financial Reporting team supporting APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Provide hands-on day-to-day oversight, mentor accountants, and manage stakeholder expectations while scaling headcount and team structure. Own end-to-end preparation of statutory financial statements across a portfolio of entities, ensuring IFRS/local GAAP compliance, coordinating external audits, and driving continuous improvement through process optimization and automation. Partner with cross-functional teams on accounting and compliance issues and period-end close.
