Drive LATAM partner acquisition projects by monitoring performance and profitability with a data-driven approach. Own OKRs, define and ensure execution processes, and collaborate closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to remove commercial blockers. Key Responsibilities

•Support Must-Have Partner and Partners Preferentes acquisition projects across LATAM.
•Analyze performance and profitability for both projects using a data-driven approach with local teams and regional stakeholders.
•Manage and track OKRs for both projects by defining processes and ensuring correct execution.
•Build data foundations in BigQuery and dashboards in Tableau/Data Studio to monitor critical KPIs (orders, CVR, GMV, average ticket).
•Align regional and local stakeholders to unblock commercial issues and identify process improvement opportunities; lead recurring results presentations.

Key Requirements

•Degree in economics, engineering, statistics, business analysis, informatics, or information systems.
•2+ years of experience in business strategy, data analysis, project leadership, or related roles (ideal: regional roles).
•Intermediate/advanced English.
•Advanced knowledge of the Office suite, including pivot tables, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
•Experience with SQL and/or data analytics tools such as Tableau, Data Studio, or Looker.
