Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are central and mission-critical, running in production environments across industries.
  • •Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining standard practices.
  • •Collaborate with leaders at large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and implement scalable AI agents.
  • •Surface unmet needs, prototype new tools and features, and collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to shape Sierra’s AI agent development.
  • •Build and evolve the core platform by surfacing insights from customer work and guiding platform evolution.
