•Manage and document car movement into and out of inspection center entrance and exit gates.
•Serve as the face of Carvana for associates, vendors, and visitors while ensuring proper protocols are followed.
•Conduct routine patrols of inspection center and logistics facility areas, documenting security and safety concerns.
•Lead effective communication and de-escalate situations as needed, following incident response protocols.
•Partner with the Safe and Secure team lead/manager on requests such as badge creation and CCTV review, using SAS App and RFID technology.
