Key Responsibilities

•Define and own technology roadmaps for multiple products or platforms within the business unit.
•Govern architectural decisions across systems to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
•Oversee end-to-end product delivery and ensure high-quality releases within timelines.
•Build, lead, and scale high-performing engineering teams, including engineering managers and senior technical leaders.
•Partner with Product, QA, UX, Operations, and business stakeholders to plan, staff, and execute initiatives and communicate technical trade-offs.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of software engineering experience with significant leadership in managing teams and large-scale systems.
•Strong expertise designing and scaling distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems.
•Deep backend experience in the Java ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA) and modern development practices.
•Solid data architecture understanding, including relational databases and NoSQL/document stores.
•Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing frameworks, and agile methodologies.
