You will review timecards, manage corrections, support holiday and termination payouts, and collaborate with multiple business units to strengthen timekeeping controls.

•Oversee daily, weekly, and payroll-close timecard audits.
•Ensure timely and accurate timecard processing and issue resolution.
•Manage timesheet corrections and pay adjustments activities.
•Review case outcomes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
•Support high-volume or high-risk operational periods as needed.

Key Requirements

•A University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
•Experience with Time & Attendance systems.

•Quantitative analytical skills and ability to review Payroll reports.
•Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
