Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage application operations and support, including incident resolution, service requests, monitoring, and quarterly upgrade testing.
  • •Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, audit, risk, data privacy, and release/change management for Oracle Fusion HCM solutions and integrations.
  • •Lead solution design and governance for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, integrations, reporting, analytics, and automation initiatives; author and approve technical design documents.
  • •Provide functional and technical expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM modules and capabilities, including recruiting, talent, performance, learning, compensation, benefits, and self-service.
  • •Design and troubleshoot enterprise integrations across Oracle Fusion using REST/SOAP, OIC, HDL/HCM extracts, encryption/authentication, and middleware patterns; manage cloud environment operations and patch upgrades.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of Oracle HCM experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, integrations, reporting, cloud platform administration, and application governance in complex enterprises.
  • •Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM from functional, technical, and integration perspectives.
  • •Strong understanding of SDLC and ability to collaborate with stakeholders; strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
