Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build agentic workflows that automate partner experience operations, including application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, communications, and reporting.
  • •Integrate workflows with partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and databases, reading/writing systems of record rather than creating shadow processes.
  • •Convert recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations with guardrails, testing against real cases, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints when risk is involved.
  • •Ensure operational health for what you ship, including error handling, edge cases, escalation paths, and iteration as partner processes change.
  • •Prototype quickly with partner managers to identify high-friction workflows and deliver working v1 automations in days, plus establish reusable patterns and teach others to self-serve.

Salary: USD 215,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic tooling, including prompt/workflow design, tool/function calling, and evaluating agent output quality.
  • •Experience working across APIs and business systems (e.g., CRM, partner portals, LMS/certification platforms, spreadsheets, Slack, email) and scripting integrations in Python or JavaScript.
  • •Strong judgment about automation risk, including when an agent can act autonomously vs. when human checkpoints are needed, plus graceful failure design.
  • •Process instincts to identify the real bottleneck in messy manual workflows and redesign rather than merely automate as-is.
  • •Clear written communication and documentation of what you build so it can be maintained over time.
