Key Responsibilities

  • •Embed safety values and Safety Leadership Principles across all levels of the site.
  • •Support site risk management to ensure compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz standards.
  • •Contribute to annual improvement plans for Safety, Environment, BCM, Facility Security, and Sustainability.
  • •Strengthen proactive safety culture by coaching and supporting (middle) management competence.
  • •Ensure accurate reporting of EHS KPIs and act as Head of the Emergency Response Team (incl. First Aiders).

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent), such as HVK or MVK.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Process Safety, Environment, or a related field.
  • •Understanding of corporate risk management systems.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel); SAP is a plus.
