•Support site risk management processes to ensure compliance with legislation and Kraft Heinz standards.
•Contribute to annual improvement plans for Safety, Environment, BCM, Facility Security, and Sustainability.
•Drive continuous improvement in risk management performance together with stakeholders.
•Strengthen a proactive safety culture by coaching and supporting (middle) management competence.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years hands-on EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
•NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (HVK or MVK)
•Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Safety, Process Safety, Environment)
•Understanding of corporate risk management systems
•Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel); SAP is a plus
