Key Responsibilities

  • •Qualify incoming leads and proactively prospect project opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • •Plan and manage territory and account strategies to support short- and long-term growth.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with priority execution-phase stakeholders, including installers, panel builders, contractors, and agents.
  • •Lead bid/no-bid decisions, manage commercial aspects of quotations (pricing strategy and margin protection), and secure or convert project specifications.
  • •Drive continuous pipeline and administrative execution through CRM updates and regular business reviews, and represent Eaton at industry events.

Salary: EUR 55,200 - 80,960 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma with relevant training or on-the-job experience, or a post-secondary degree or diploma.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in the Commercial & Institutional (C&I) project environment, ideally related to electrical installations or life safety systems.
  • •Solid understanding of project-based sales dynamics and execution-phase stakeholders.
  • •Proven network with established relationships with major installers and contractors in the assigned geographic area.
  • •Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CPQ/quoting tools, and ability to use CRM/PRM systems.
