Job Summary

Coordinate and participate in plant training systems, supporting annual trainings and creating training plans for new hires and ongoing employee development. Partner with internal teams and subject matter experts to improve retention by mentoring employees. Plan and co-facilitate classroom sessions across EHS, quality, and technical manufacturing topics, develop SOPs as needed, and assess training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement in safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand and participate in plant training systems, supporting annual trainings and employee development.
•Develop training plans for new employees and existing employees and mentor employees to improve retention.
•Provide and maintain required certifications for new hires and annual recertifications (e.g., Lock Out Tag Out).
•Plan and co-facilitate classroom training sessions covering EHS, quality, and technical manufacturing materials.
•Create SOPs as needed and assess training effectiveness for continuous improvement, advising the Training Manager.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1-year experience, preferably training in the manufacturing field.

•Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (Microsoft Office) and basic math skills.
