Key Responsibilities

  • •Facilitates scrum ceremonies for an agile team and provides agile coaching to help the team self-organize and adopt best practices.
  • •Tracks and manages manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope and delivery, providing ongoing updates with data on delivery status.
  • •Proactively manages dependencies to ensure all outputs are production-ready at launch and understands the business context and customer use case.
  • •Understands team technologies and participates in solution discussions to evaluate system designs and architecture.
  • •Improves team processes to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 163,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • •Relevant experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, or related field.
  • •Experience on enterprise-level software projects with advanced knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
  • •Proficient with MS Office tools and project tracking tools such as JIRA; familiarity with Aha! is a plus.
