Key Responsibilities

•Facilitates scrum ceremonies for an agile team and provides agile coaching to help the team self-organize and adopt best practices.
•Tracks and manages manifest definitions, release integration, timing, scope and delivery, providing ongoing updates with data on delivery status.
•Proactively manages dependencies to ensure all outputs are production-ready at launch and understands the business context and customer use case.
•Understands team technologies and participates in solution discussions to evaluate system designs and architecture.
•Improves team processes to accelerate delivery, drive innovation, lower costs, and improve quality.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 163,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
•Relevant experience as a Scrum Master, project manager, or related field.
•Experience on enterprise-level software projects with advanced knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong leadership abilities.
•Proficient with MS Office tools and project tracking tools such as JIRA; familiarity with Aha! is a plus.
